Chili Cheese Mayo Veggie Burger

  1. Cook the Veggie Patties: Cook the veggie burger patties according to the package instructions or your homemade recipe.
  2. Toast the Buns: Lightly toast the burger buns on a skillet or grill.
  3. Assemble the Burgers: Spread a generous amount of Jimmy's chili cheese mayo on both halves of the buns.
  4. Place the cooked veggie patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Top with a slice of cheese if using, mixed greens, tomato slices, red onion, and avocado.
  6. Place the top half of the bun on the assembled burger.
  7. Serve immediately with your favourite side
