Ranch Mayo Veggie Wrap

Ingredients:
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Jimmy's ready-made Ranch Mayo
Instructions:
  1. Warm the Tortillas: Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them more pliable.
  2. Assemble the Wrap: Spread a generous amount of Jimmy's Ranch Mayo onto each tortilla.
  3. Layer the shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, red onion, and shredded cheese (if using) evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Add alfalfa sprouts if desired.
  5. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Slice the wrap in half if desired, and serve immediately.
